sun sand and surf

so this whole oil thing has got everyone up in arms, and the oil hasn't even hit here yet.  but for when it does come, we've been out at the beach almost everyday to get as much beach time as we can. and there happened to be surf, so garrett and his buddies surfed all weekend. and here are some shots that i liked.

SUSHI!

so this maybe not be as extravagant as mylast post, but it'll do.
so we were eating at the Slippery Mermaid, it's a little sushi bar in Navarre. i was kinda snap happy and didn't get anything worth bragging about, but i guess i am since i posting. anyway. great service, great sushi, and great atmosphere. totally go there.

i'm a mutt in the human race, but a big portion of me is italian! my grandpa was very italian and very fluent in the language, i wish i would have picked up some of that! but instead i got the firey italian blood. i guess thats just as good. :)

yep thats about as musically inclined that i get. but the people at Funky's for open mic night were lots better than my make-shift song. not to mention the whole little shin-dig was pretty rad. yep. thats my music lingo.. or something. ONWARD FOR PICTURES!
